Her curriculum is unique and unlike any other in the industry. The home staging class incorporates all segments of the business to include: decorating fundamentals, business theory, interactive classroom study, along with on-site staging, working in “real” homes. Her interactive group studies provides hands on training to promote, stimulate and enhance creativity…and are just plain fun! The “HSG” training curriculum provides each student with the knowledge and tools to own and operate a successful staging business.

Hands on Group Studies. Students will stage a "REAL" home that is currently on the market and listed with a local real estate company. Each home will be diversified and offer real-life staging challenges. Our program also includes interactive group classroom studies in which students will create compositions and arrangements using accessories, furniture and props to practice and demonstrate the staging and decorating techniques they have learned.
